Grant by Thomas Greenfeild of Rye in the county of Sussex, gentleman, and now mayor of the said town, and Jane his wife, one of the cousins and co-heirs of Samuel Landsdale of Rye, gentleman, deceased (that is to say, one of the daughters of Henry Landsdale, deceased, one of the brothers of the said Sameul), to Anne Hammon of Rye, widow, for the sum of £80 of a messuage with the buildings, gardens, etc., lying in Rye in the Middlestreete there and now in the occupation of John Greenfeild, gentleman, or his assigns; and another messuage, etc., also of Samuel Landsdale lying in or near the market-place in Rye and now in the occupation of Stephen Bruffe.
